Cost & Term
The rates are:

• $10/year for individuals, OR
• $150/year/team (up to 15 players)

Membership lasts from September 1 of one year to August 31 of the next.

 Application

 To apply as an individual, just complete the registration form.

 For teams and leagues:

Complete the Blank Membership List for all of your players, and email it to GM@Bcfloorball.com

Complete the registration form for payment. If you need insurance, you need to tell us who needs coverage (usually the city), and provide a contact name, phone number, and email address.

After you’ve registered the first time, you will need to make additional payments if the total number of teams changes during the year.
